I read an article in the Boston Globe back in February titled: 7 Things Every Kid Should Master. I shared it with friends and family and a few colleagues because I think they are every day practices we can bring home to our kids. But I re-read the article last night and it got me thinking: these aren’t just tips for kids but for every PERSON no matter how old. Mastery is about practice (Malcolm Gladwell’s 10,000 hours of practice that he talks about in Outliers, for instance).
Check out my video talking about the 7 Things Every PERSON should master here.
I would love to hear from you. Do you master all 7 of these things? Do you think they are all of equal value?
