That is what it takes to plan out and achieve your goals for 2016.
See this week’s episode of Reflective Friday’s here
The bigger, overarching questions to ask yourself include:
- What are your goals for 2016?
- Where is your attention?
- What effort will it take to achieve your goal?
- What small wins have you set up for yourself to maintain your positive feedback loop and avoid what I call the “negative spin cycle?”
Setting up your small wins (which I recommend weekly but some choose monthly) is, in my mind, the differentiator between someone who achieves their goals and someone who has a negative association with their attention and feels overwhelmed – and then subsequently stops or gives up.
Starting to set your goals for 2016 now gives you time to focus your attention on what you want, be realistic about the effort it will take AND gives you time to set up your small wins!
