After speaking with a few clients this week, I realized that I needed to share some Energy tips! We all know that we need to rest and exercise (sleep 7-9 hours per night, workout a few times a week, go for a 30-minute walk each day, etc.) and have a better diet and nutrition (eat more greens, drink more water, etc.). But too many people neglect one of the most important categories when it comes to Energy and that’s our daily energizing activities.
